refund policy
We have a 14 day refund policy. This means upon recieving your item and if you do not wish to keep it you must inform us via email within the 14 days. To inform us of your return you must email [email protected]
To be eligible for a retun the item must be undamaged and still in original box (unopened) and you must provide a tracking number. Once we have inspected the product we will let you know whether we will refund or not. If you are entitled to the refund you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank/credit card to process and post the refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
