​Cancelling and Rescheduling Course

We are always as accommodating as possible to assist our clients, however, due to the high volume and popularity of the treatments we offer, we have felt the need to introduce a formal Deposit and Cancellation Policy.

We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your course, we will try to do so. We run on a 2 week cancellation policy. 

We advise you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your training and ideally 2 weeks before it is due to commence.

If you need to cancel your attendance at our course you must inform us within 2 weeks of the training date, if you inform us after this time we will not be able to refund your deposit but we will try our best to reschedule your training for an alternative date, this however cannot be guaranteed and may result in you losing your deposit.

We have had to introduce this policy due to the time, effort and costs that go into running one of our aesthetic training courses. We have to purchase products and organise models to attend each training session and we need as much notice as possible.

A deposit will now be taken when booking any courses This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant course. 

Deposits will be:
£50 for all courses, and the remaining total to be paid before or on the day of training, before training commenses. 

Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, PayPal or Cash on the day of training.

**Please be aware, we cannot confirm your training space until a deposit has been received **

We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given, with more than 2 weeks’ notice, deposits will be refunded or offset against any future training.

How to notify the training centre about cancelling an appointment:

Notification is always best given by telephoning or messaging the business directly  on 07984553503 or if there are difficulties with you doing so, then by email at [email protected]. Please leave a text message or voicemail should you be unable to get through to us via telephone.
